REFUND POLICY
At Refraction, we are dedicated to ensuring your skincare experience is exceptional. Our products are carefully crafted for you, and as a result, we do not offer cancellations for orders once they are placed. Please take a moment to review our replacement policy below:
Replacement for Damaged Goods: We will only replace products if they are damaged at the time of delivery. In such cases, please send photographs of the damaged goods to us at refractioncustomercare@gmail.com.
Eligibility for Replacement: Replacement will be provided for products that are unopened. Damages resulting from negligence, improper usage, or incorrect application by the customer are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Single Exchange: Each item can be exchanged only once.
No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds.
Sale Period: Orders placed during a sale cannot be altered, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
Processing Time: Please allow one to three to four weeks from the date of your replacement request for it to be processed. We will contact you once your replacement is complete.
No Exchanges or Refunds for Sale Items: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any sale items.
